We been staying at The Summit twice a years for a few years now for bike week, great location, pretty nice complex getting older but still nice. Room 202 is one of the better ones, like being on second floor close to the stairs.would stay again.

Unit 202 is nicely upgraded. Good floors, great washer and dryer. Ceiling fan needed fan speed chain replaced - called Saturday on arrival, was replaced Wednesday. The shower tub clogged almost completely - called Monday, was also fixed Wednesday. This unit is definitely one we will try to book in the future when we go to the Summit. 2nd floor has good enough view of beach without having to fight for elevators. Not unit related, but the pool closes at 8pm now...don’t know why. Also, be careful in ocean in PCB...respect the warning flags! Overall, very nice unit, highly recommend, will definitely book again.

Nice unit, stayed at the Summit multiple times. Unit was missing light bulbs . No triple A batteries were in remotes, went out and bought since office was closed. Air Purifier in kitchen was kind of annoying, stayed on a lot. $71 night, but fees made it over $200 a night.

The condo was clean and handy being on the 2nd floor. Only 1 elevator was working. Only few complaints there is only 1 skillet, no dust pan and beware of the washer/dryer, it broke 4 of our swiwsuit tops. We would stay here again.

We loved our experience! The Summit overall is an older building that has seen some wear, but unit 202 is GREAT! The amenities at the resort are perfect for families - two pools, hot tubs, snack bar, Tiki bar, beach access. Our unit was updated and well cared for. Unfortunately the two beach chairs that were to be part of our reservation weren't paid for in advance so we were unable to use them, which was not ideal. My only real issue is the housekeeping. The bed linens were clean/changed, but the kitchen was left with crumbs and sticky fingerprints on the fridge, counters, and microwave. The floors could use a good vacuum/mop, and the kitchen rug was very dirty. I wiped down the kitchen with some Lysol wipes and we were good to go. A good deep clean and it would be perfect.

Condo was just as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 people. Nice and clean well maintained. Loved the view and nice location. Would stay again.

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to the 1.5 bathroom with a shower/tub combo, 2 sinks and 2 toilets!

The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Washer and dryer included!

Private balcony is a good height to still have a view but not to high if you or someone in your group is afraid of heights!
