The condo was beautiful. Appliances up to date. Beautiful view of the ocean. My only complaint is the living room furniture is worn and low to the floor and needs to be replaced. The furniture on the balcony is the same and needs to be replaced as well. Other than that it was perfect.

The Marisol team was professional, responded with a sense of urgency super accommodating . Genuinely seemed happy to be doing their jobs/. The IT team quickly addressed a small hiccup in the WiFi. The unit was as clean most definitely exceeded our expectations. Often what is advertised is quite different from what you actually get. Not here!! Loved it . Would highly recommend. Customer service STELLAR ��

This was our first family vacation with our 3 grandchildren and daughter, son-in-law, and son. The beach and pool were close, especially when you have the beach chairs and beach toys. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. We will be back next year

This property is well maintained and clean. There was plenty of towels for our use. The kitchen is well stocked and has coffee maker. Nice marble countertops and appliances. The ocean front balcony is marvelous for morning coffee & evening relaxation. The bathrooms are nice, two of them have jacuzzi tubs! It is as advertised but the pool is not heated that was the only disappointment of our trip otherwise it was perfect! The manager communicated well with us and gave us a late check out since our flight was late in the evening! Thank you for making our stay great!<br/>There&#x2019;s plenty of things to do nearby in walking distance and the beach is beautiful! You can not beat the white powdery cool sand!

The primary renter of this unit does have to be 25 or over.

The MariSol is directly on the beach and built close to the sand so you get stunning views of the water. You'll want to spend all your time on the balcony in awe of the views of the beach. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west.

This property features a gulf front living room. Being an end unit, this property has wrap around views from all over. The living room offers plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen TV.

The KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large SMART TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE as well.

The SECOND bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and flat screen TV in the suite.

The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a twin over full bunkbed and a twin size bed. It has a flatscreen TV as well.

The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a Queen SIZE bed. It has an en suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a flatscreen TV as well.

The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

PARKING: One pass for the covered reserved spot under the building, and an additional pass for the overflow lot across the street.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*
