We had a great stay at this resort. <br/>This room had some flaws. First it would have been nice to know how to properly lock the front door. You have to put the door code in and then turn the knobe and then it will lock. The mirrored wall is just dated along with a lot in this condo. We had no kitchen garbage can. I had to hang our bag from the kitchen closet door. I finally messaged the management and they brought one on our last day there. I should have messaged them sooner but I shouldn't have to ask for a kitchen garbage can. The jetted tub in the master is nice but out dated. The hot water handle is loose and needs fixed. The whole master needs an update. They recliner chair's recliner is broken. The place it's self was "dirty". There was sand on the kitchen chairs and floor. Baseboards and walls never get cleaned it looks like. For this kind of money and getting charged a cleaning fee, the place should be clean for each new family. My husband saw a peach pitt in the plant by the kitchen bar, we didn't have any peaches. Elevators were all working and weren't over crowded most of the time like they are usually during spring break. Eish there was some inside hot tubs. The 3 putside are decent though. Pools oitside were still freezing even though we had weather in the upper 70's and 80. The parking garage involves quite the walk. Over all the views are excellent, the beds are good and we had a great time.

Description is accurate. The experience was just wonderful. Only recommendation I would make would be another nice chair for the living room. The beds were excellent. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony view was great and the furniture functional. AC and Heat both worked. Place was clean. The management staff was beyond helpful. All of our requests were satisfied quickly. Much Thanks to that team. Would definitely stay again!!

This was our first time in PCB and we loved it!! Everything was very clean, plenty of room for a larger group, great views and great location central to restaurants and attractions! And everyone was so friendly!!<br/>I do wish there was more/better seating. There was only 1 couch that sat 3 and a recliner. Then 2 high life guard style chairs...so if we were all in the living room, some had to sit at the dining room table..one bedroom stayed really cold and another stayed warmer.<br/>The elevator situation is another story. They seemed to keep getting stuck and dropping floors while on them, and some were broken. Needs more elevators in my opinion. (A frequent guest told us the elevator situation isn&#x2019;t typical)...But nothing from keeping us from coming back! Overall great experience!

Room wasn&#x2019;t ready for check in and had to wait to get in which was very inconvenient with 6 kids and had to pick up our groceries and no where to put them. Also listed a bedroom with 2 queen beds that was incorrect and said sleeps 10 which wasn&#x2019;t the case. They did bring a blow up mattress but had we not had kids with us and had 10 adults it would have been very inconvenient for everyone. Usually don&#x2019;t stay at the larger resorts but the resort was in great shape. Just too much walking for me from the unit and to the parking garage across the road to go out very often. Wish the unit also had more information about the resort, times that everything is open downstairs and how to get around the resort. Didn&#x2019;t know there was even a beach access with a ramp instead of steps until the last day after packing wagons down a bunch of steps.
