Great place! Great views! Comfortable and clean! The manager was highly responsive and very helpful. I would recommend being beach towels and maybe chairs in the off season. But we all loved this place!

The condo was excellent, very roomy for 6 adults and 1 child. I feel it could have accommodated 8 adults and 3 children.<br/>Regardless, it was perfect.<br/>The beds slept well, even the pull out bed in the living room was fair.<br/>It was clean, we could have used more towels, but we just washed them as we went.<br/>There was plenty of room to sit down for a family meal, and we spent most of our time on the roomy balcony with lots of seating. We watched dolphins and stingrays all day.

Nicest condo we have stayed at in many years. Water pressure as very strong. Only problems were the elevators. One was down our whole stay. The other was out one morning. Going down eight flights of stairs with a cane was bad.

This condo was a dream come true. The decor and cleanliness was perfect. Sheets were clean, floors were clean, the decor was impeccable. The access to the pools and beach were so simple. The only downside was the TVs were a bit dated so we couldn’t use our Netflix accounts. Also the gym was locked and we were not allowed to use it. The amenity of the gym is I’m sure included in the cost of the rental (somewhere) so it sucks that we couldn’t use it. Also the lobby in tower 4 smelled so bad...all the time. But the unit we stayed in was perfect.

Beautiful! Everything is crisp clean, white grays and blues. All newly updated. Granite countertops, tile backsplashes in the kitchen. Tile showers in both bathrooms.High pressure water!! Soft comfortable new leather furniture! Washer and dryer are big in size and work very well. Every room and bathroom is so spacious. The balcony is very spacious and plenty of room with spectacular views! We have two team kids who love this condo so much as well. There are three or four pools that are with this condo unit, highly suggest the lazy River beachy pool. We all love that so much!! The PO le had live entertainment, drinks and snacks that you can buy while lounging. Family friendly atmospheres. The beach is right outside your condo and it's so pretty. We have been coming to Florida to Okaloosa island, Miramar Beach and panama. This is our top favorite trip of all time! I do believe we might just be booking this place again. Everything is conveniently around the condo. We did not have to travel very far at all for anything.

We all had a wonderful time together in your beautiful condo. Only a few suggestions though.... please check on your people who clean for you! We could tell the floor had not been vacuumed an bathroom floors not clean either. Not enough towels for everyone to use either. We had to wash every day so we would have clean towels. Thank you for listening.

BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!
Our vacation rental sleeps 9 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom a twin over full bunkbed in the hallway nook. Living room has a cable TV. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.
The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.
Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).
Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.
Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.
