The rental was an absolute dream! We have been staying at rental condos in PCB for over 17 years sometimes twice a year and this one is by far the best we have ever stayed at. Extremely clean, fast elevators, spacious condo with everything you need for a great stay!! We will be booking again!

Overall really nice room. We have an enjoyable stay. However, there were some issues when we arrived. There were two areas that had fans blowing on the ceiling due to a leak from the room above. One of the bathrooms could not be used because of the fans. We finally moved them. We did contact the maintenance about this and they really didn't say alot or give any direction on what they were going to do. The other issue were some of the door knobs didnt work and the ice maker didn't work after the first day.

This was our first year as snow birds, it did not disappoint. The decor was so beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. I was worried about the 16th floor, but I think it has spoiled us from finding anything lower. The views are amazing! The view from the front of this condo are also beautiful at night. We would love to stay here for many years to come. The location was easy access to all areas but far enough away from all the traffic. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful place, it truly felt like our home for the two months.

This was the best vacation ever! We decided to try the snow bird thing this year and we were not disappointed! So much of this unit was like my own home. Very tasteful and so easy to be here for two months. The 16 th floor was a concern but now I wouldn’t want anything lower. The views each day were amazing! Dolphins and mantarays , sunsets, weather fronts were just wow! The view from the front was also amazing! We were so happy here that we are now coming back annually! This unit has enough room for all your family and friends! Upgrades all around and all kitchen supplies were available! Thank you for your attention to detail! We loved everything ❤️❤️

Our family had a wonderful time! The property was great! Very clean, and other than a few little minor things, the place was almost perfect. Security personnel were friendly and helpful. I would love to be able to take my family back and be able to rent this property again. The minor details that needed to be fixed are the towel racks in both bedroom 1 and 2. The 2nd bedroom that has the king bed in it, that shower/tub leaks water around the bottom of the glass. Maybe in the bedroom with the 2 queens, put a chair in there and take the decorative shelves (which were very nice) out, I think it would be more functional for families. These are minor details and easily fixed. Again, this place is beautiful. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here.

With a family of 8 plus one grandmother, we very much enjoyed out stay in this spacious and finely decorated unit. Overall we couldn't be happier about our experience. And the price was very affordable for the time we visited. We will look to stay here again in the future!

My family's word for the week for this condo was "Majestic". <br/><br/>From the moment we first walked in, the condo was amazing! The decor is very tastefully done and the attention to every detail, even down to the doorknobs, is very evident. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The views from the very large wrap-around balcony were perfect for those morning and evening quiet times. The location is very convenient, and parking was easy with not too much walking. There was plenty of space for our entire family. <br/><br/>Even though this unit is on the 16th floor, the view is incredible, and the elevators are very fast and we had no issues getting to or from our room.<br/><br/>The Property Managers were very easy to deal with and all information was provided timely for our stay.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place away from the more crowded Pier Park area, this would be a great choice.

The Unit (1601) exceeded my expectations. It was tastefully decorated and in a great location. We incurred only minor maintenance issues (missing or burned out light bulbs, a loose door knob, and a loose kitchen cabinet hinge). One shower was missing a shower curtain that would have prevented water from leaking onto to the floor. None of these issues prevented us from enjoying the unit and we would certainly consider renting the unit again.

Hidden Dunes 1601 is now our FAVORITE place away from home! All new furnishings...the place is brand new! All 5 teenagers were impressed...an almost impossibility! Great location and tremendous views. Sunsets are unbeatable from 1601 balcony.

Hidden Dunes 1601 could not have been more perfect! Everything was new and in pristine shape. Amazing views from expansive balcony. The elevators were super fast, so no waiting time! The beach was more secluded and a lot quieter than down the beach. Hard to find a nicer place.

No expense spared in this breathtaking 3 Bedroom 3 Bath End Unit Condo located at the Hidden Dunes in Panama City Beach. As soon as you step foot inside you will be shocked with the attention to detail these owners have applied to the unit. The entryway, highlighted by a beautiful chandelier, sets the stage for the rest of the unit. After the entryway you come to the formal dining table. A large beautiful table that seats 6 will set the stage for unforgettable meals with your family. Cooking the meals will feel like you are right at home with the fully stocked kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances including the range with dual ovens allows baking 2 dishes at once. If you need seating for more than 6 don't worry, 3 bar stools and an additional dining table that can seat 4-6 will fix that!

The sleeping arrangements are; A gulf front master bedroom with a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the living room couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa.

3 Bathrooms minimize congestion, the master is breathtaking with a separate jetted tub and walk in shower! The other 2 bathrooms are beautiful as well both with tiled shower/tub combos.

The private wrap around balcony with adirondack furniture is the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets that PCB has to offer. Come see why they call them "The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches".

THE HIDDEN DUNES RESORT IS NO LONGER PET FRIENDLY

The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands,

Hidden Dunes is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.
