House and the pool were clean when we arrived, it is big and perfect for a large family, my grandbabies loved having their own room and getting in the pool after being at the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing missing is inside stairs but it worked out for us but would be a nice feature.<br/><br/><br/><br/>

Great location sbort walk to.the beach.. Loved having the pool, living room furniture needs replaced. I would remove one of the tables down stairs and add more seating. But will definitely go back.

There were 12 of us in the house. The 2 separate areas were really nice for us. The location was perfect for why we were in PCB. The house was fine for what we needed, we weren't around too much. Just a few minor things about it. Didn't use the pool it was freezing, didn't know we had to request pool heat. The couches need to be updated on the top level. The wood on the driveway by the stairs could be replace. Plenty of parking for all our vehicles and bikes. We would stay there again.

The house had more than enough room for our family we had 12 total. I actually loved that the house was split each having their own entry. The house was very clean, and we had no issues with the washer and dryer as other reviews noted previously.The house was super close to the beach and had some great restaurants and shopping near by.

I would recommended staying in this house but there are a few things to know before you go. You basically have two full houses with no access inside from the top and bottom- have to use the outside entrances. That worked fine for us. However, basic kitchen items really need to be added and/or organized. We had to buy a spatula, a sponge and plates. The house has six bedrooms but certainly not enough plates or forks to get through one meal for that many people. Things just need restocked and organized. There is only one kitchen hand towel. The pool was very dirty when we arrived but was finally clear on our final day. The location to the beach was great! Don't plan on there being any beach items there. Bring your own wagon to transport items to the beach as well. I preheated the oven the first morning only to find the previous tenants had left food in a plastic container which caused a messy cleanup and a stinky house. House is on a dead end street which is great if you have kiddos because not much traffic. Great house to take pets with no carpet and an enclosed backyard. The outside areas could use some cleaning and trash pickup. Overall, good location and great house for multiple family stay.

Great location! The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The washer was broken on the 2nd floor and the microwave was broken on the 1st floor, they replaced both with new! They cleaned the pool and added chemicals twice. The pool water was definitely too warm, but that could not be helped due to the extreme heat. Overall a very nice beach rental with plenty of space for a large group. We would recommend and definitely stay there again!

Where to start �� we had a blast at the gulf drive house Aug 19 - 26 the house had enough room for our group of 12 8 adults and 4 kids and our dog enjoyed the backyard . Having a private pool was great . The neighbors and neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet , beach acces is right there across the street pretty much so very short walk .. we had a couple of small problems at first but ecdi was fast enough that it wasn't a issue plus it's a rental house and I never expect perfect but honestly this house is worth it !!! We hope to return next year as we come down 7 days every year !!! The biggest issue is no access to upstairs from inside only outside front or back .. other than that between the literally 2 min walk to the beach and the house it's a win .. again we had a few small problems like the a door closer poped out , pool had to be serviced but was all handled in a timely manner to not bother us

The property management group is super easy to communicate with. The upstairs and downstairs refrigerators both need to be replaced soon — the downstairs fridge didn’t work at all and the upstairs fridge was on its last leg (as of this review, May 2023). Other than that, everything was great. Overall, the property could use a little love, but it seems like they’re in the process of making some updates.

Overall this property is nice and we would stay again, the company has lots of rentals that look nice and we will be checking them out for our next years vacation. We had a group of 18 (9 adults, 9 kids) and we had plenty of space.<br/>Pros of this property:<br/>- short walk to beach<br/>- plenty of parking out front<br/>- house is very spacious and can accommodate big groups <br/>- in a great location, close to restaurants and stores for shopping<br/>- private pool is nice for late night swims and keeping the kids busy <br/>- owner allowed us to early check in <br/><br/>Cons:<br/>- ALL beds need to be replaced<br/>- Both pull out couches also need to be replaced<br/>- The house definitely needs some new bedding, one of the comforters downstairs had blood stains on it<br/>- The pool could be cleaned better, it was green when we arrived but cleared up and stayed cloudy the remainder of the week<br/>- Owner is very responsive via phone and vrbo messages, however we were told a maintenance man would be sent to fix a toilet that wouldn’t flush- they never showed up, but I did end up figuring out the issue was the cleaning service has dropped a bar of soap in it and it was clogging it up, so I had to dig it out of the bottom and it worked perfect after that. <br/>- we did see 2 or 3 roaches in the kitchen while there, so it wouldn’t hurt to spray

The location of the house was great. We enjoyed our trip very much but the house wasn’t clean when we arrived. Cabinets doors were falling off. There weren’t linens or pillows for the pullouts. The street was covered in trash from the people before us. The dryer downstairs broke and wasn’t fixed. Id suggest cleaning the house better before the next people come.

Very nice house, had 15 guests and everyone had plenty of room. Only a 30-45 second walk to the beach. Pool was also nice to have in the backyard. Only downfalls were that the stairs are not inside the house and there was a broken patio chair.

The house was perfect for our group. It was clean, lots of space, an easy, short walk to the beach. Check in was a breeze. The only concern I had was communication with the number provided. We had a question regarding the WiFi. We called the number provided twice, but never received a response. Other than that, I would recommend this place to rent.

This well kept and well cleaned house is beautiful and the owners have finished extensive upgrades in January 2021, including new bathrooms, new floors, new furniture, new larger pool deck and backyard, painted inside and outside. A great place for large families or groups, this house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping for 16, 2 kitchens, a private pool, BBQ grill, strong WiFi, Cable TV, plenty of parking spots and more!
Pet Policy - Generally a limit of 3 Pets up to 60 pounds $100 1 Dog $50 each 2nd & 3rd. Fees for 2nd & 3rd Dogs will be added to the total shown.
