The unit was clean and nicely decorated, very beachy. We were happy to discover the kitchen was equipped with most our needs. The appliances(as well as washer/dryer) were newer and made the stay more convenient. The beds were firm but comfortable. The balcony furniture had several options for seating which was nice. One nice touch very much appreciated were hand towel fixtures in the bathrooms. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great place to stay, we love the location of Gulf Crest and always enjoy staying here. The condo was nice and very spacious. No complaints to mention. If it were my condo the only thing I would change it to update the bedroom furniture to a beachy style.

This is a fantastic Ocean Front condo. Clean, spacious in a very well-maintained building. Huge 40 foot plus balcony on the 20th floor. We want to come back.

A great week spent quilting while looking at the beautiful gulf waters. Our unit was very clean, equipped, and accommodating. The only complaint is that loud repairs were occurring in the condo directly above us which made for a couple unpleasant days. I understand that these need to occur during the less busy season, but they could have scheduled around the places who had occupants. Our unit was empty prior and after our 5 day stay.

Oh my goodness....I absolutely loved this condo! Beautiful decor and colors. It was clean. There was enough space for my husband, son, and myself to move around and not be under each other the whole time. The balcony was awesome! The view from the 20th floor was beautiful! Elevators were fast. <br/><br/>My husband is disabled. It was very easy for him to freely move around. I do wish the property management could have provided either a shower transfer chair and/or a shower chair. We did not have room in car to bring his and the built in shower seat is not big enough for an adult to safely sit on without feeling like they will fall. It would be a very simple thing to provide for renters who deal with disabilities.

We flew into Destin, and our flight arrived fairly late, after 10pm. We picked up our rental, and had to drive around an hour and a half to get to the condo. Most of the after hours instructions were good, we got their near midnight and got our parking pass, gathered our luggage and made it to the 20th floor. City side view was incredible, to say the least, but when we made it to our room we punched in the code to the lock, and it just blinked red at us. <br/><br/>Tried the keybox next to the door, tried and retried the code, and nothing. Found a nice woman working security, she contacted the condo people, but we were informed that they couldn't unlock the door. Contacted VRBO, and ALL the numbers provided to us, still nothing, everything to voicemail. We were up until almost 2am desperately trying to get into our room. We were hoping to wake up to the ocean, and in part we did... at the Holiday Inn down the street. We were contacted with another code at 7am, that one did work. <br/><br/>Granted that was an incredibly rough start, but the second code worked fine, and we got into the room and it was everything we hoped for. The view was amazing, the condo building was as well. We falling asleep to the waves, and waking up and drinking our coffee to the view of the beach. <br/><br/>Renting the condo was much more convienent than staying at a hotel, we wanted a relaxing vacation with little scheduling, and this was provided in spades. Can't recommend this property enough, amazing location in the city, less than 20 minutes from pretty much everything. Building complex was great too, gym, 2 hot tubs, and 2 pools (one was heated!) Family had an amazing vacation! Definitely give this one a go, the pictures don't do the view justice. Just make sure you get the right code for the door!

Love the condo,very nice room,view, and location. But the condo was pretty dirty, the floors turned our socks black. I would recommend this condo to someone if it was a little cleaner.

Stay was great. The rooms were exactly as described and the view was amazing! Give your guests more than two trash bags and toilet paper rolls! Some coffee and filters would go along way too.

Condo was very spacious and clean! <br/><br/>When we arrived we did have to purchase a comforter bc there wasn’t one in the main bedroom. <br/><br/>All the lights and electronics worked. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing! <br/><br/>I would suggest someone to look at the fan in the living room it seems to be stuck on a low setting. <br/><br/>There was a washer and dryer that was very helpful during our stay, bc you have to wash your own towels. <br/><br/>It was an amazing stay!! Would highly recommend, and we loved the customer service of emerald vacations as well as Gulf Crest.

Can’t say enough about this place...our condo was beautifully decorated...gorgeous view of the ocean...perfect location walking distance to yummy food and entertainment options...definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting PCB<br/><br/>Only two requests-<br/>1) there are two hot tubs...make sure the jets are working on both...it wasn’t working on one of them but we were always able to enjoy the working one<br/>2) all but one of the on-site staff members were great; however one security lady was rude and seems to be on a power trip; witnessed her telling a young lady she couldn’t have water near the hot tub...I think that’s a bit much<br/>Other than that...perfecto!

We traveled for family vacation in early June with 2 adults and 4 adolescent age kids. The complex overall is great... Beach is right there, two swimming pools and hot tubs, poolside food shack, restaurants and some entertainment within walking distance. Only complaint on the complex is the check in/parking pass process.<br/>I give the room itself 4.5 stars but I'm prolly a little pickier than most. The room was spacious, enough so for all 6 of us to spread out. Decor and furniture were all nice. I would definitely recommend this place. <br/>The 3 critique I be have are:<br/><br/>1. Towels were pretty limited. There were 6 of us staying and I don't think there were even 6 bath towels in the unit. We were able to wash the towels so not a big deal but it would of been nice for the kids to not have to share towels after a day at the beach/pool.<br/>2. Kitchen accessories were limited and worn. Cooking for 6 was a little frustrating as the pots and pans were worn and hodge-podge causing things to stick. Not many mixing bowls and what not. I could get a quality meal made but I think a fresh round of kitchen accessories/cook wear would be a help.<br/>3. Bathrooms all needed to be caulked. This is more a maintenance issues but I'm particular about this when I travel. The bathroom tubs both had black around the base of the walls because the caulk has worn and dirt/mold accumulate there. This is just something that bothers me when I travel b/c it's an easy fix. <br/><br/>Overall tho it was a good stay, large space, great price. Id definitely come back.

beautiful views.. needs some new décor most things were chipped or broke .Condo was extremely sandy rugs floors furniture chairs were also full an food under front room furniture and in dinning room chairs. Master bedroom rug by the tub still wet from previous renters. And so much sand in rugs had to wash before we used told them an they said they would tell the cleaning women. but was totally blessed with PERFECT weather.

This condominium building is absolutely awesome! We have now stayed in two different units. Both have a great layout.<br/>That being said, the only negatives I have for our most recent stay:<br/>Floors were filthy. We walked across the floor one time and had black feet(first day). I had to go buy a clean mop and floor cleaner to mop all floors. There wasn't a mixing bowl or pancake turner to make pancakes. <br/>I realize it has to be hard to maintain vertical blinds at the master bedroom windows, but they would have been nice.<br/>The front load washer needs to be cleaned once a month with either a Tide or other brand front load cleaner tablet.<br/>When we left there was still a problem with the refrigerator ice maker, it still did not want to release ice through the door.

I throughly enjoyed my stay this past week! The condo has an unbelieveable view of the Gulf- Several times I had pelicans fly right by my room. The condo itself was very clean and is beautifully decorated. The location was <br/>perfect and is within walking distance of <br/>several nice restaurants and attractions. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends- very relaxing vacation! I also want to give a big shout out to Emerald Coast Destinations, specifically Paula :) My wife forgot several items and didn't realize it until we got home. Paula was very helpful and contacted Gulfcrest to get my wife's items back to us in Georgia. Thank you for a great week!!!

Enjoyed our stay, great location. Condo visually looked clean but had a lot of sand still on the floor. One of the toilets was not so clean. Need nicer sheets and towels for all of the rooms. Bunk Beds were not made and one was missing top sheet.

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.
This condo was sold in the winter of 2022 and the new owner did a lot of work to it to get it in pristine condition for the 2022 rental season. In March of 2022 the condo was fully painted, new furniture purchased, new bedding, all new wall decorations for a more modern, new kitchen appliance and kitchen supplies were purchased. No expense was spared.
This condo has one of the largest balconies of any 2 bedroom condo in all of Panama City Beach. It is 40 Feet long.
This Gulf Crest 2 bedroom condo has a KING size bed in the gulf front master bedroom as well as a King size bed in the 2nd bedroom. It has a queen pull out couch in the living room and also a set of twin size bunk beds in an out of the way area in the living room.
Ride the high speed elevator down to choose one of the two swimming pools,two hot tubs, or the gulf with its white sand. Many excellent restaurants are nearby - Captain Andersons, Ruthie T's (my favorite), Angelos, Hamilton House, Pampanos, to name a few.
You can also go deep sea fishing or enjoy a pontoon boat rental and fish and swim in the bay. Shopping is dominated by a super Wal Mart within one mile. For snacks and Pizza- Wendy's and Pizza Hut are near.
Fishing at the Panama City Pier - about 20 minutes away - is something to experience - no license is required.
There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.
