Our room was not the cleanest. Had to sweep the floors. There was a lot of sand and dust balls. The dish washer was full of dishes. The toilet in the main bathroom ran water most of the time.

The rental is in a great location. We have rented several units at Gulf Crest and love them. The unit itself was beautifully furnished. The bed in the master was comfortable. The unit itself needs some much needed maintenance. The dishwasher handle to lock it in place was broken. The toilets didn’t flush properly. The front door doesn’t shut with ease. Some of the cookware was dirty. Overall we were satisfied with the unit but probably would not prefer to rent this particular unit again since our other experiences have been great. However there is not a lot that could keep us from enjoying our trip to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City!

The place was great! I would give it a 10/10! Highly recommended! Easy check in and check out, with no hassle. Host was helpful and quick to respond. It’s the only place we try to vacation at now when we go down to Floria. It is also nicer and more affordable than most with beautiful views!

It was a lovely vacation! After reservation,payment and instructions for codes and a little drive, we were pleased to find our slice of relaxation. The condo was clean, neat and stocked with essentials, our thanks to the great staff. The pools and grounds were well maintained (they were pressure washing the parking garage as we left on Saturday). Condo is close to everything but off the main drag enough to be peaceful. But the best part was the beach, IT WAS HEAVENLY!

Many things that need fixed in that condo. We had a wonderful stay don’t get me wrong, but things need to be fixed & updated ! Including the ice maker that didn’t work, the Queen room shower door, the king bath water handle, and a kitchen chair that could have hurt us !! We have stayed at Gulfcrest before. So expected better ! But will definitely be back, hoping a different condo that is better taken care of

With a touch of fear, trepidation and extreme need we rented this condo again, it was announced that Bike Week had been cancelled, and after having to cancel a spring vaca we really needed a break! 2 hrs. after confirmation B/W was back on, ugh! You know- COVID. But we go and plan to enjoy halloween at the beach. It was great! Condo was sanitized, that we hoped for, Thank You, although we brought all to ensure cleanliness and after a good wipe down of all knobs,handles, faucets,remotes and the like, we felt safe enough to enjoy the vacation and We Did! We're working on 2 weeks home quarantined and so far so good. <br/> Of course the condo critique- the furniture could use a good steam cleaning this year and the master closet carpet should be cleaned(it has a bit of odor, we used the spare bdrm closet), the bed was comfortable and as always the balcony is a dream. Kitchen stocked well enough we cooked some, having the washer/dryer is a big perk.<br/> The building update is ongoing, cleaning unit vents, garage pressure washing- we were not inconvenienced by it.<br/>All in all we had a great vacation and came home relaxed and happy!

Great Condo! Room was very clean and nice. Only recommendation would be to increase the kitchen supplies (pots,pans,bowls). The beach was amazing! Water was very clear! We will definitely stay here again. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the busy pier area, but plenty of restaurants within walking distance. This was the nicest PCB vacation we’ve ever had.

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.
Beautiful 14th Floor Condo!
The bright and tropical condominium offers large windows and expansive views of the Emerald Coast. Relax in the living room offering cozy furniture. Gather around the media center for low-key fun! Entertainment options include a 55-inch high definition flat screen cable TV, WiFi, and a DVD player.
Doors off the living room lead to the gigantic 40-foot patio. Sip cocktails and watch the sun set, or start each morning invigorated with fresh air and views of the sea! Beyond the living room is dining table for six. The fully stocked kitchen offers extra seating with a breakfast bar, and every major appliance needed to whip up a fresh seafood feast!
Offering two bedrooms and two baths, includes room for eight. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master suite (includes patio access), a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen-size sofabed in the living room and a day and night chest that pulls out to a queen size bed in the dining area. Additional home features include central AC, a private washer and dryer, and a condo unit parking space.
Stroll to the beach for sunbathing, building sand castles, and swimming in the clear waters, then explore the city which offers wineries and nightlife, shopping along Pier Park, and family attractions like the Gulf World Marine Park.
There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
