This condo was perfect for our vacation it was clean (could use a good clean tho) very spacious only seen one maintenance person and he was sweeping the floors in the foyer area. Would recommend for sure.

This was my first time booking through VRBO. Let me tell you this stay was fantastic. The place was cleaned and above my expectations. Right off the shoreline and waking up to the waves every morning off the balcony was gorgeous. My only thing would be regarding every day necessities such as more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags being provided instead of one roll in each bathroom and one garbage bag for the week. That was the only expense to come out of my pocket to ensure that those necessities are provided. We are definitely looking to booking again with this place next year.

The place and location were awesome! Great view of the ocean. The place was clean and plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable. Elevator was fast and shopping was very close. The only issue the parking is across the street and we had custom motorcycles that we didn’t want to get wet or stolen. It would have been great if there was 1 parking spot for this unit at the building.

Was kind of dirty. Some things damaged. But overall not too bad. The beds were comfy. Mattress in the bedroom to the right when you enter could be replaced (stained badly) TV in the bedroom to the left when you enter didn’t work. When locking the condo you have to type in the code and then turn the lock & wait for it to click. Which we weren’t told prior to checking in. There’s usually not someone on site (like a front desk) either. Parking is across the street which sucked because we had kids and they didn’t like us parking by the door to load our stuff in our out of the building. But, the condo was decent overall for the price. Could be cleaned a little better by housekeeping though.

This was a family trip with 3 different condos. This condo was on the first floor so we had the best view. It was clean and well-maintained. We booked a beach bonfire with Nights on Fire which was excellent and a great way for us to get together since there was a lot of us.

Upon arrival it was a nice place there is a few flaws the dishwasher wasn't emptied the coffee maker had old grounds in it and ended up having a small problem with ants coming through the sliding glass door but I use some raid on the slang glass door area and it stopped all the ants and we emptied the other stuff so overall the place is nice good location close to restaurants very quiet beds were comfortable couch is a little outdated dryer made lots of noise and you had to turn it on a couple times get everything dry and they were not big loads everything in the kitchen was well equipped like I said it's a great place to stay. The only other issue was that at the time we were there maintenance tried to come in the door without giving us any proper notice said that unit was supposed to be empty said they would get back to us never heard from them called the management company explain to them and they said they get back to me and never did

Location and overall size of condo were great. The condo didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all and was seriously lacking in general things that should’ve been provided. No cleaning supplies, one roll of toilet paper for a family of 6 for a whole week, no hand soaps, no dish soaps or anything to wash dishes provided, only one dishwasher tablet was given. We had to go to Walmart and spend quite a bit of money on cleaning supplies then come spend about an hour cleaning a condo that should’ve been cleaned already. We also had numerous electrical issues in the unit during our stay. No power in laundry room, then no power in one of the need rooms at all. AC went out for a few hour and it got up to 80 degrees in our room, when we left, even after maintenance had come, there was no power in the outlets and the bathroom. We made the most of our stay but will not be returning, not with this host at least. We’ve stayed in the holding with other hosts previously and it was great.
