Nice condo. Some of the kitchen outlets didn’t work and the hall bathroom toilet would keep running if you didn’t shake the flush handle. Nothing bad at all. I would stay again. And would recommend.

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We enjoyed the location and was pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews how nice this place actually was. I didn’t have high expectations but wow it was way better than any place our friends rented on the beach in the same price point.

The condo was a great location, view and very clean. They even allowed us to check in early! When we arrived, there were a lot of lights burnt out but they came within 25 hours and fixed them all. The condo does need a few minor cosmetic updates like some parts of the baseboards and sheetrock need to be replaced. I would recommend this condo for the price!

The Grand Panama Tours is a great place to stay, Gulf views abide! The pools, hot tubs, and overall location were wonderful. Sunrise/Sunset spectacular!!!<br/>You can easily walk to stores and restaurants (a backpack to go to Walmart, if you like to walk 1.2 miles 2.5 round trip).<br/>Sometimes these things help you overlook the small things. The condo could use a new couch, upper bunk reinforcements, and redecorate (Fung Shui) to optimize looking out at the views.

In our condo, located in tower 2, enjoy the updated luxury condo and amenities. With the beautiful emerald coast and white sands of Panama City Beach, our condo will act as a home away from home while you enjoy paradise.
This condo is a 1 bedroom that sleeps 6!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed.
The hallway is equipped with two twin size bunks.
The living room has a sleeper sofa.
This condo has 2 bathrooms, the master comes equipped with dual vanities and a walk in shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook meals just as you do at home.
Tower 2 is across the street from beach and comes with the ease of being on the beach, but a view of the whole strip itself.
Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.
