this is a great place to stay with all the amenities. non-crowded street to cross to get to the beach. will definitely stay here again. we purchased a canopy and didn't have room to bring it home so left it for the next guests to enjoy!

We rented the out for a friends vacation & bday celebration. It was a great location - 1 street off the beach, outside PCB central but close to stores & restaurants. We needed a smoke detector battery change & the maintenance guys were great. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. My only negative comments - sleeper sofa cushions could be redone for a more comfortable seat & the upstairs master needs curtains on the east wall.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated! The kids loved playing in the pool and we loved how close the house is to the beach. Public beach access is directly across the street from the unit. We had a couple minor problems but none of them effected our stay. The ice maker in the downstairs bedroom was leaking all over the floor. They did send a maintenance person and they just told us to leave it turned off. The bedspread in the downstairs master bedroom has multiple bleach stains on it and it needs to be replaced. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful 4 bedroom, I don't consider the bunk beds a room but we're very nice to have right off kitchen with shared bathroom, 4 bathroom home. Lots of room for large family or multi families. <br/>We really enjoyed the beach which is literally across the street from the house. The back yard has a pool and house a private hot tub that was enjoyed. There is plenty of grass area to play games. Loved sitting on the front balcony to watch the sunsets and hear the waves, so relaxing.

The repair guy shows up 10 mins after we arrive (2 hours after check in) as he is “repairing” the ac he pulls out a filter that probably hasn’t been changed in almost a year. I check the other filter while he is there which ended up being just as gross, I kindly let him know it needs changed and he said he will come back with a new filter....he never returned. He left the old filter outside in front of the house crushed up in a dust filled ball (have pictures) also while he was there, I took pictures and pointed out all the broken things such as patio chairs (so rusted you couldn’t sit on them) kitchen chairs, broken blinds and shower knobs. Small things The floors haven’t been mopped in a long time. (I would advise them to get a new cleaning crew) the garage was so full of items previous people left behind so a car can’t fit in the garage BUT it was amazing having all those things available for free! The best things about this house was, the location, the view and the price. You are steps away from the beach, the view from the master was breathtaking and the price was like no other!! There was plenty of extra bedding for guest to use. Overall I would 100 percent recommend besides the little hiccups. I personally and my family members who stayed with us would return over and over again to this location, it’s also so close to the grocery stores. Thank goodness it was a few miles out from the tourist attraction of Panama because it ended up being bike week down there so it was nice to drive away from all the crowds/bikes/noise

There were a few minor issues with cleanliness. The kitchen trash can was really nasty with old french fries and stuff in the bottom. The couches had not been swept under in a long time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean though. The front deck on the second level could use some work. Some of the spindles are loose which could be dangerous for toddlers. The shared 3rd floor bathroom has no lock. These were minor issues. The house is in a great location. The beach access is a short walk. The bottom floor has an ice machine which is awesome. For older people, keep in mind the beds are very tall and this place has a ton of steps. People with mobility issues should pick another property. The pool is amazing - warm and clean. The ample parking is a huge benefit because parking is usually an issue when we travel with our adult children and grandchildren. We would definitely stay here again.

WE were lucky enough to get an upgrade to this wonderful property due to our original reservation falling through. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was in a great location West of Pier Park but super close to grocery stores. It did not have super high traffic and was quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cooking pans and utensils. There were only a couple things that need an upgrade and that would be the outside balcony chairs and tables as they are rusted and won't turn and one chair no one could sit in as the leg was broken off at the bottom. For my family, it would have been nice to have some throw blankets. Since we flew to Panama City we did not have any and the air conditioning works GREAT!!! I will say, if you are not used to stairs or have issues with stairs this may not be the place for you. We had a wonderful time and would stay in this unit again!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

This house is perfect for any type of visitor. It has all the amenities needed, is super close to Publix and Winn Dixie, and had bikes, and being across from the beach was huge. Having 2 fridges was a huge pull aswell. Loved everying about our stay.

Our family stayed here and really enjoyed the unit and location. Unfortunately the pool didn't feel very warm for being heated, and the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived. I was told by the property manager after our trip that it was repaired a couple days before we left but had no clue while we were there so never tried getting in it again. Overall though, it didn't ruin our trip! We still had a good time staying here, and would consider booking again in the future!

Another great trip to Sunnyside!! This was our second time staying here and the place was all nice and clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room for our group and the accommodations were comfortable. The only thing that we would like to see are mirrors in the bedrooms and extra blankets for the beds. The area is perfect and the beach was beautiful. Close enough to the restaurants of 30A and the older places of PCB with the best fried baskets anyone would want!! Beach access is so easy and the bikes in the garage were a nice thing to have. We have already booked for next year!!

Was good to have a nice place to stay in out of all the rain. Plenty of room. Master bathroom shower clogged but we just bought Drano & it fixed the problem. Met nice people in unit behind us, but unit owner next door was not friendly, actually accused us of putting trash on his property. Good time besides so much rain.

The house was exactly like the pictures. The walk to the beach was an easy walk. Not as bad as some condos I have stayed in. The beach access is right in front of the house. The only problems were the stairs.Knew that the house was 3 stories just didnt think about having to climb all those stairs. Definitely need an elevator. Also the washer and dryer should be on the second floor. Went home with alot of dirty clothes. Lol. If you are young or older in good shape it is an awesome place to stay. If you're like me, old and out of shape its kind of hard on you.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! The house was clean, and had everything we needed! You couldn’t ask for better beach access right out your front door. We also loved the area! Super convenient to grocery shopping, and just a short drive from downtown PCB or Seaside. The area this home is in is quiet, no high rises, and the beaches are gorgeous. Front Beach House SR30 was fantastic. Amenities were more than adequate, dishes, glassware, utensils, a crockpot, air fryer and even flower vases. Plenty of beach toys and 4 really good bikes. With a dog, the walk-out apartment was so convenient plus your own hot tub and beautiful heated shared pool. We will definitely go back. This place is better than the pictures.

We had a great time staying at this home for our family vacation! The weather didn’t always cooperate but we had beach time everyday! Pros: LOCATION was perfect, beach just steps away! The place is huge, everyone had plenty of space! We did not use the pool or private hot tub but it was nice to have had we wanted to! The garage was nice to put our beach stuff in so as not to have to drag it into the house! Cons(really just suggestions): our first day we noticed the dryer and then the washer didn’t work, after a few emails to the property manager he arranged for a new set to be delivered a couple days later, in the meantime he had housekeeping bring us clean towels and washcloths which was a good thing because there were 11 of us! The kitchen needs to be reorganized a little, drawers were messy which made us root for utensils, need more than one dishcloth in the kitchen. House could’ve been cleaned better. <br/>All in all we would definitely rent this house again! Very convenient to Pier Park, grocery stores and restaurants! Communication with the Manager was great!
