We have been staying in different units at Emerald Isle since 2010. We truly enjoy coming to this property for vacation. Unit 409 was very nice, had nice appliances, and the bed was quite comfortable. I would love to see the couch and recliner updated because they were not comfortable at all. The recliner has no padding and you can feel the frame across the lumbar area as well as under your legs and when the footrest is up, the head portion will not stay reclined unless you kept your body stiff to try to hold it in a reclined state. I actually had to put bed pillows behind my back and legs to be able to sit in it. The couch has no lumbar support either and my husband (who tried the recliner and promptly moved to the couch), had to resort to just laying down on it to be able to use it. They could really just use replacing. We would love to stay there again for future trips, and if those are replaced, it will be a no-brainer. If not, we will have to weigh our options. Obviously, we are there for the beach and are only in the unit at night or if the weather is bad, but it would be great to have a comfortable place to sit. Overall though it's a good unit!<br/>We had a great week even though we were only able to get in the water the day before we left due to double red flags the entire week, but that's out of everyone's control. We did miss seeing the beautiful calm clear water this time.<br/>

overall we would definately stay here again. Views were amazing, all beds were comfortable as well as living area. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms could use a refresh but other than that, it was great. Check in was easy after hours. Property was beautiful. Air conditioning wasnt working when we arrived but after a phone call to report, was fixed the next morning (Sunday). We are already planning our next stay here.

We were extremely pleased with the booking, payment, and stay. Great location. Easy beach access. Friendly check in staff for parking and amenities access.

This room was excellent, very clean and spacious! The furnishings were beautiful and all beds very comfortable! Also being on the 4th floor is great, you are on the same level as the office that has a gym and sauna. Also able to walk up from the parking deck if you wanted, which we did a lot since you are right by the stairs. We never heard any car noice from the parking deck either. The only cons were the front door is bent outward and rusty and we did have a couple of accidents with knocking our legs. The parking is very small if you own a big car, also $40 per car is a lot after paying that much for rooms. However there is parking across the street as well. The only big problem was how rude security is. They seem to also pick and choose who they wanted to approach. We saw many incidents where they would walk past someone smoking cigarettes or openly drinking beer in the hot tub tell people to wear wrist bands who were actually already wearing them. We also heard many more rude unnecessary instances from other guests staying there.

The condo was perfect location overlooking the pools and hot tub and view of the gulf. Very clean and many extras. We had a great week and loved our stay.

Very nice place. Location is right on the beach with total view of the ocean. Everything about the place was great. Very clean. Only thing I would suggest is instructions for the TV. There are 3 remotes. We didn't know what service they used. I messaged them several times with basic questions. They did respond but never gave us who they used, and which remote to use. Was it Direct TV or what!! <br/>Issue never got resolved.

We have been renting this same unit for several years. Great location and easy access to the beach.

If you are going to PCB this is the place to stay. Awesome owner contact, rental agency contact. The condo is great. View is awesome, security is always seen. We will be staying here when we go if available.

We had fun, huge balcony, updated floors, paint ect. We loved the low floor to minimize elelvator time

Was just as it was described, clean and spacious. Hated to leave and would love to come back. The area is not full of all the beach attractions and gift shops, but it was fine for us. The traffic in the area is bad at times, but to be expected.

We always stay at Emerald Isle. It&#x2019;s our favorite place to stay in PCB. We loved the unit & would stay again. The kitchen needs to be better stocked. Other than that it was great!

The property was excellent. The rooms had a broken bed. After 3 days, it was finally replaced.4

Condo was in a great location, less crowded on west end. Property was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Unit was very clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. Deck was large and had an outstanding view of the gulf and sunrise/sunset. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms roomy. Overall, great vacation and would stay here again. Only minor issues were check-in was a bit confusing as far as where to unload/park. 2nd bedroom does not have access to television programming. Only older model TC/VCR and washer needs to have a cleaner kit ran through it(musty smell), and there was a $30 per car parking fee, which was a bit much. These are very minor issues and I would overall rate this unit a 5 star.

The condo was beautiful and was very convenient for getting access to the pool and beach. The carpets and upholstery were cleaned while we were there which I was thankful for because when we arrived, the couch in the living room was in horrible condition. There were stains everywhere and honestly, I hedged on letting my children even sit on it. Otherwise, the rest of the condo was in good condition. Parking is a bit of a disaster in terms of getting to park under the condo as opposed to across the street but that's not the owner's fault. It would have been nice to have a designated parking spot available during your stay as most of the owners do though. Overall, I enjoyed our stay and the quieter end of PCB.

Great things first: balcony was fabulous, walk to the beach was the shortest we&#x2019;ve ever had, the location of condo was great not to close to the &#x201C;action&#x201D; but close enough. Really big hot tub! Not so great: condo smelled like dog maybe? Not sure. large stains on carpet, washer had duct tape across it, not sure if we could use it or not? We didn&#x2019;t try, had to check in second day due to office is closed on Sunday, would be no big deal except we tried 3 times to check in and no one was in the office, checked in on 3rd day,finally. Had to pay 30. Parking fee which we tried to pay in cash but the worker had no change so we had to use a cc and had to pay a service fee for using the cc? <br/>You get chairs and umbrella set up with condo but you only get a back row set up, just fyi. We will return to Panama City but would stay at another condo

We had a great time at Emerald Isle. The location was great and the condo was very nice and well maintained. I booked this reservation late in the game, but customer service was very helpful during the booking process. I would highly recommend Emerald Isle, 409.
