This room was beautifully updated with an incredible view. The wall-to-wall windows made it quite the experience! We did notice toward the end of our stay that the front door was not locking properly which, of course, needs to be corrected right away. Overall, fantastic room!

It was very clean and easy to access. It should be noted that this is ground level. We had to move nightstands to plug in electronics, and the room was clean behind furniture and under beds. The gas station for ice across the road was super convenient. <br/>Negatives: the master bathtub is chipping and only usable for showering. It needs to be replaced or refinished. King bed in master is super uncomfortable, 2 divets on each side where people have laid. So we felt like we were sleeping in holes. Lastly, we killed 3 bugs, that looked like cockroaches in the kitchen. <br/><br/>Overall we had a great stay. The location to the beach and pool were optimal.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean, stocked, and comfortable. Property management was always kind and helpful when we reached out. The view of the beach is INCREDIBLE. Quiet area at the end of the resort, and we simply loved it. We were here for a convention, and we spent a lot of time at the event center, which was an easy commute over the bridge. There was always someone in a golf cart offering us a ride. The day we arrived, I went down to the beach and reserved two beach chairs for the week we were there, which was right in front of the condo, so going back and forth was easy. My teenagers enjoyed all the amenities the resort had to offer. Great stay, we will definitely be back.

Very nice updated condo. Great location right on the beach. You can walk to any of the property's amenities. Condo is furnished with all you could ask for. The bedrooms are big and very comfortable. That being said, all furnishings are glass and china. Could use some inexpensive plastic glasses and plates for renters with children. Overall great week. Would definitely stay here again. Out of the owners control is the Edgewater Resort being on the slide. Some of the amenities are pricey.

Best condo we’ve ever stayed in, as far as location within resort and view. There could be some upkeep done, but I’m sure they’ve done lots of upkeep already on things that guests don’t have to complain about. Had so many extras for guests to use, and just an overall great place!

The location of the condo is nothing short of perfect.<br/>The Condo itself offers every convenience you could want from well stocked kitchen, washer dryer etc. as well as amazing views. The beds were comfortable enough, the condo impeccably clean. The Condo is dated and in need of painting, and the front door frame is rotted out- outside of that, it's a great stay and one we intend to repeat. I'd give it a 5 out of 5 for enjoyment!

The condo I rented had an ocean view and was in the building other family members live in. During my stay I did not see any bugs in the unit. Those are my 3 top priorities. The unit was clean. There was, however, a problem with the tub in the master bathroom. The tub was peeling. You would not to take a bath in it. I used the tub/shower in the spare bath. Luckily I only had a guest for two nights. Not sure why the owner would want a possible renter/or repeat renter to see that.
