Very easy check-in. Easy access to luggage carts. I appreciated the early check-in option. This was our 3rd time staying at this property but our first time at the Leeward building and in this particular room. The room was spacious and offered an amazing view of the Gulf. Some negatives: The couch, cushions and pillows were dirty and stained. There was also a lingering urine smell throughout the room. I sprayed perfume multiple times throughout our stay and the smell never really went away. It may have been coming through the AC vent as I could smell it in every area of the room. Our overall experience was great. We love vacationing to PCB.

I knew we had a view of the beach but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was just a few steps away. The roomy condo was a bonus but with the beach that close we were on the deck or beach as much as possible. In the evening plenty of fun places for food, fun and music near by.

Beautiful location and beautiful condo. Not sure why but we were given the incorrect code to enter beach and pool areas. Luckily we found another guest that helped us out. Also could have more organized kitchen and kitchen supplies.

Beautiful room, very convenient to all areas of Panama City Beach. This facility has so many amenities, you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. This room is located in the Leeward building, giving you access to all amenities on the Edgewater property, but without the large crowds. Very short, easy walk to the beach from the building. Master bedroom and living room has gorgeous views of the ocean. Property seemed to be well-maintained as staff was outside constantly cleaning sidewalks and parking lot. We did not encounter any issues with appliances or anything during our stay. Everything worked properly and made our stay feel as if we were in our own home at the beach. We would definitely stay here again, as we loved the location, multiple pools, ease of walk to the beach, and variety of nearby stores and restaurants.

We rented for the month of January and were extremely pleased with the stay. The description of the property was very accurate. It was clean and well maintained. I can’t think of anything that I would consider a problem. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. It lacked enough full-size forks, but that’s the worse I can come up with. I did bring my crock pot and there was not one there. <br/>We had an issue with a toilet seat which was promptly taken care of when I emailed them. <br/>I would absolutely stay in this unit again and would recommend it. It was perfect for a couple and was roomy enough when we had 2 visitors for 5 days.<br/>We really enjoyed the balcony.<br/>This unit is very centrally located to many great restaurants and stores.

We have been staying at the best property in Panama City Beach, the Edgewater resort for about 30 years. We have always stayed at the towers. Our stay at the Leeward building was the best one yet. So close to the beach you are almost immediately in the sand as soon as you step off the elevator. You could hear the waves like you were sitting next to them even from the balcony. When we go again, we will request this unit. Hands down the best unit we've ever stayed in while at the Edgewater resort.

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. The condo was well equipped, there was even a stock pot for when we cooked crab legs! There were no beach towel, but there were plenty of others. I would highly recommend staying here!<br/><br/>SMALL SUGGESTIONS:<br/>1. The condo is a bit dark, more or brighter lighting would help. <br/>2. The condo needs a deeper clean. Under beds, consoles, and bedside tables was dusty and there was some trash. Also, there was some dust accumulating on the bedroom wall.<br/><br/>Overall, a great relaxing stay. I will definitely be looking up the condo for future stays! Thank you so much for a wonderful and stress free time!
