This condo was the cleanest property we have stayed in since coming down to PCB for the last 9 years. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities to make stay perfect. Roomy and bright with ceiling to floor windows. Nice comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of everything. Hooks on doors gave us extra storage and even a shoe rack. Very roomy on 4th floor. No waiting for elevator and property is gated with security. Only negatives about property was the washer and dryer should be replaced. Very noisy and dryer takes forever to dry. And only 3 chairs on balcony with one of them falling apart. Also no sliding door with beach view in bedroom. Good communication with rental company. I would highly recommend this property.

everything went very smoothly from begining to end. the apartment is right on the beach the wall to wall floor to ceiling windows allows you to have a panoramic view of the gulf. everything was tastefully done, plenty of room everywhere, super clean and comfortable. we loved it

So glad we chose Edgewater. Our first time staying here was perfect. Rental unit #406 was exactly as described. Comfortable furniture, nice appliances, plenty of storage for guest items. Master bed was a bit soft in the middle but we slept good. Loved all the windows!!! Sunsets were amazing!! Would definitely stay here again! At Edgewater properties we felt safe. Entire resort was clean. Friendly associates. Close to excellent eateries and shopping but far enough away to feel almost secluded.

We loved everything about Leeward 406 with the exception of the Roku tv and not having ice maker in refrigerator. The tv's were great just us not being able to find local channels - just not knowing what we were doing. :)

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was everything we expected. We loved all the windows and the updated kitchen and baths. We had some issues with gates, but it was resolved quickly. Will return in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed in the same condo. The condo is well-kept, very beautiful, and has panoramic view of the ocean. We plan to stay there next year as well. We have been very please with our stay there.

Nice property in a good location. All of the pools and common areas were very well maintained. The kitchen good have used a couple more kitchen towels and small scrub brush for pots and pans so they are not put in the dishwasher. We were given the wrong code for beach gates but other guest gave us correct code. Overall a great trip. Beautiful views.

We were absolutely thrilled with the location and views of this unit. The furnishings are newer and updates have been made throughout the spacious unit. Check-in was easy and house rules were clearly communicated. <br/><br/>We were disappointed to find out that there were additional costs associated with using the gym and other recreational activities as we chose this condo-community based on amenities as well as aesthetics. We felt the basics were skimpy for this rental: one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, one role of inexpensive paper towels, one garbage bag, no beach towels... The unit could also use a thorough cleaning. The floor especially was in need of some elbow grease. Our feet were black instantly.<br/>

We loved our stay so much at this beautiful condo. Perfect views of the beach and gulf. Well appointed with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Super clean. Thoughtful touches including fresh soaps, dishwasher and laundry pods, soft linens, single cup keurig. Large dining table for family style dinners. Perfect for a family with two young kids. And amazing communication from the owner.

The condo and property was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, everything worked properly, and I loved the floor to ceiling front windows. It is close to many good restaurants and shops that I enjoyed. The manager promptly answered my questions and was very helpful. I will definitely rent again and highly recommend to others.

We recently stayed at Edgewater Beach Resort, booking through VRBO and Emerald Coast Destinations.<br/>The property was clean, the view was beautiful!<br/>The communications through Emerald Coast Destinations was exceptional from start to finish. Any questions that I had prior to our trip, were quickly answered by their friendly staff. <br/>After the trip, I realized I left my airpods in the Unit. After contacting the management office, they were able to locate them and are returning them to me as I write this. They were very professional and quick to reply. Clearly, their cleaning company has honest, professional staff as well.<br/>We were very happy with the unit that we rented. (could have used a corkscrew and a sharp knife but they were easily purchased). <br/>We go to Panama City Beach every year to visit family. Several other members of our family were so impressed with the amenities (golf, many pools and hot tubs, excellent restaurants) that they intend to stay down there next year!<br/>We highly recommend Emerald Coast Destinations!

Add to that the amenities and security of the Edgewater Beach Resort, and you have the best of both worlds. This condo was clean, well-equipped, (with the exception of a tiny coffee pot), comfortable, and quiet. Two king beds are ideal for two couples traveling together. We will definitely book this unit again.
