I had read reviews on this condo & was concerned over the bed due to having arthritis. Neither myself or my daughter had any complaints. Very comfortable. Tower 2 elevators were fast. Minimal wait. Emerald Coast was a little hard to reach after we checked in but otherwise no issue. I definitely want to rent again.

The rental was nice and clean. The bed in the master was absolutely horrible. It had huge craters in the mattress and was the worst bed we have ever slept on. There were 2 forks in the unit. The shower didn't drain in the master well, but was clean. The toilet seat was broken and was supposed to be repaired but we never had anyone come by. There was no dust pan to clean the floors. We were able to do an early check in which was a really nice option. Overall, the view was amazing, it was a great location to the pools and the beach and the restaurant onsite was top notch! Elevators even on a busy week were great.

Over was a good experience. The mattress needs replacing, wasn't comfortable. Coffee pot was not working properly due to glass carafe was not the correct one, when brewing the pot was designed to be auto pause but since the pot was not the proper fit the coffee just ran all over the counter. I went and bought one to use during our stay.

This condo was so beautiful and the views were stunning. It is right on the beach. You have ocean views from the living and bedrooms. The condo was clean and comfortable. The door code locked me out after a couple of times it worked, but the management company responded in less than 5 minutes with a new working code. The pools and hot tubs were clean and in good working order. The restaurant on site was delicious but slow. I would definitely stay here again.
