Very pleasant time spent at Edgewater

This rental was perfect for our 7 night stay in Panama City Beach. We were there for a baseball tournament and a little vacation. The condo was beautiful, exactly as described. Large and spacious, we felt right at home our week there. We had everything we needed to cook and eat meals in the condo, and more than enough space to not feel like our family of four was on top of each other. We travel a lot, and are very picky about where we stay. But every member of my family loved our time here with no complaints! First floor access, but still requires stairs/elevator to get to and from beach or parking lot. Super close to the stairs so it was an easy in and out. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Condo is in great location, beautiful waterfront location. Very easy to get to beach. <br/>Management company was very responsive at beginning of week to questions but when a security issue came up they were silent for almost 24 hours. I called and left a message and sent an email. <br/><br/><br/>Recommendations to homeowner is to add ceiling fans and ceiling light fixtures to bedrooms and living room and A/C wouldn't have to be put so low to keep Cool. Sliding door to balcony needs some WD-40 or something. Very hard to open.<br/><br/>These last suggestions did not impact our stay- we had a great time. Just food for thought for owner.

Great location, first floor near stairs so we didn&#x2019;t have to wait for elevators. More spacious than the pictures show. Great ocean view! When we arrived the place seemed to need a little work: floors were still sandy and dirty, so we mopped. Air conditioner didn&#x2019;t work well especially in master bedroom, so we kept curtains closed and changed air filter which helped a little. Door knobs were loose and falling off so we tightened the screws. <br/>Otherwise, the location and view was exactly what we were looking for. So close to pools, beach access, and restaurants. Was nervous about parking availability but we were able to park all three vehicles in the summer and had spots very close to the stairs. We had a great stay.

Edgewater is the best in PCB. We were thrilled with this unit. The 1st floor location was amazing! Clean, lots of room, well stocked, and exactly as pictured. Will be back!

We had a great time (other than the double red flag all week) The condo was great, location and views were awesome! Plenty of room for everyone. <br/>We were close to the restaurant and Lagoon pool and Beach. <br/>Definitely recommend this condo.

Enjoyed the stay. We have been going Edgewater Beach resort for many years and this is the first time we had a unit on the first floor. It was very convenient with steps to the parking lot, pool and hot tub as well as the beach and oceans bar and grill access. We had our own palm tree right off the balcony with a great view of the beach and gulf.

Me and my friends stayed here for our college spring break. It was a great location and the host communicated very fast with us. we would definitely chose to stay here again!

We enjoyed our although the pool was out of service the entire stay. Lost TV service due to a change of company but was repaired in 2 days. Weather was good. Need to supply more than one dish cloth and dish towel. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked.

The location was AWESOME! The beach was great. The only issue we had when we got to our unit at 4pm, the place was still untouched by housekeeping from the previous renters. There was trash everywhere, laundry and dirty sheets still on the bed, hair all over the bathroom(even after the housekeepers showed up at 6pm) we had to clean the place ourselves after they left. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to do so. Not exactly what I had expected to do on vacation. Aside from that, it was a great vacation.

Was skeptical due to a last minute trip and rental... rental company was very pleasant to deal with regarding trying to get paperwork and payment processed so quickly to get information quickly since it was last minute rental on my part. The beds were perfect for what we needed 2-kings 2-queen/fulls for my group. The location of that room was awesome, it was close to the pools, the beach entrance & the restaurant on site... I really lliked this room and would be willing at some point in the future renting it again. Our favorite thing about the unit was the showers... OMG we are a tall family and the not only were the shower heads pleasantly located high enough to take a great shower but the water pressure and hot water temperature was amazingly high... it is amazing after getting out of the pool, hottub and the beach and taking a high pressure shower to clean up before sitting on the deck to have a drink and relax before going to bed.

I rented this condo for spring break with a group of friends. It was super clean when we got there, and was the perfect amount of space with a beautiful view!

Unit was clean, well supplied, and comfortable for six of us. Thought the unit was somewhat over-priced however. Only reason for the 4 star rating.

We enjoyed our PCB vacation at this lovely condo with its new furnishings and appliances. Everything worked properly and there were plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. Will definitely return.

This was one of our best vacations ever. The condo was even nicer than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the clean and well furnished. The resort is excellent with things to do and large enough you don&#x2019;t feel too crowded. The location is far enough away from pier park traffic and near a lot of restaurants. We will be renting again!

The condo was very convenient and spacious. The condo needs updating. We only had 5 bath towels for a three bathroom condo but we made it work. It was a nice vacation.

This condo was centrally located near everything! The beach, the restaurant, the store, etc... The view was absolutely AMAZING! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The owner/property management was always available throughout the entire rental process. We fell in love with Edgewater and will definitely be back!!!

This condo was super clean and the perfect location. We will definitely stay here again for a family vacation.

We recently returned from a 7 week stay in PCB. Two weeks prior to our arrival, we were told the unit we had rented would not be available due to displaced hurricane survivors and that ECD would be upgrading us to a different resort. We travel with a large group of friends and staying at a different resort was not acceptable. After extra effort by ECD's staff, we were able to rent this unit which is normally not available for extended stays. I commend ECD for taking extra means to ensure that we could stay at Edgewater Beach. Several minor issues were handled immediately and to our satisfaction. We were pleasantly surprised by ECD given their poor BBB rating and will consider renting from them again.

Excellent unit. Convenient to pool and beach. Clean !<br/>Will be back.<br/>
