Super location beachfront walk out to the sand and enjoy gulf in 3 minutes Nice pool and hot tub. Family friendly with beach chairs and umbrella included. Convenient east end condo with nice restaurants without the crowds

This condo is a great location to see the ocean and beautiful PCB sunsets. Our stay was amazing, the condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and the kitchen area was very well stocked with everything needed. We had a few questions for the condo owner and the rental company and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely rent here again! <br/>

This room was very nice and clean. We stay here every year and would definitely stay again. Only issue was the guest bath was under repair and we were not told. When we contacted the host we were told they would check with maintenance and call us back, but they never did. Being only 2 of us it was not an issue but a return call would have been nice and professional.

Not much going on at this complex. Room, pool beach is pretty much it. The room was clean and in good repair. The pool was disappointing, 2/3's of the pool was 8ft deep but allowed no diving making it pretty useless. The part of the pool you could stand up in and use was pretty much the equivalent in size and depth to about an 18 foot aboveground pool.<br/>Complex is only 90 units so parking was always close and never had to wait on an elevator or hunt a luggage cart.<br/>For what it is it is good it is just not much.

We liked everything! The location, the proximity to the beach - everything is great! If you are looking for a quiet holiday at a good price - this is a great option.
