Our entire family loved this rental unit! It was clean, comfortable, convenient and well decorated. This exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing from the deck and it is convenient to the beach and pier. Highly recommend .

The condo was beautiful and clean. Management was very quick and helpful when I had a question. The restaurant downstairs is a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was just as pictured, views from balcony were breathtaking. Unfortunately our timing was not as wonderful. Unless you enjoy listening to the relentlessly loud mufflers of motorcycles and the competing stereos from these bikes avoid bike week! It was so loud we could not hold a conversation with each other while sitting at the table on the balcony even on the 21st floor. Again, I can't say enough nice things about the condo-it really was as nice as it is pictured. Easy walk to shops, beach was beautiful and accessible, the parking was convenient. I would rent this unit again (just not during bike week).

We had a great stay in this unit. It was clean and fairly new with the furniture in good condition. The location was great with beautiful beach views from the balcony (even though not on the beach). Parking was convenient and elevators quick at this time of year. Good proximity to Pier Park with shopping and restaurants.<br/>The bed style in the main bedroom had the frame stick out well beyond the mattress and let to bruised legs on a couple of occasions.<br/>A couple of casserole dishes would be appreciated. <br/>Will definitely stay again in the future.<br/>

Condo was very nice and clean. Minimum on cooking supplies, could use a shelf or cubby in the primary shower so you don't have to set your soap etc on the floor. Parking/ elevators were a problem. But the unit/view was great. Best you can get not being beach front.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
