We’ve stayed at Calypso a few times. First time staying in tower 3. We love the new pool. Everything was clean and nice. We will definitely stay again.

Rental was clean and ample start up supplies provided. No issues. We enjoyed our stay. Elevator was quick not like reviews elsewhere on the strip. Only issue we had was the pool code. Easily fixed. Would definitely stay there again.

As described and very clean. Bring food storage containers if you need them.

We rented a unit in Calypso 3 for the Ironman event the 1st of November. The locaiton is PERFECT for the full Ironman. (not necessarily for the half Ironman)<br/><br/>The unit at Calypso was spotless when we arrived, had everything we needed, and teh balcony and view of the beach / gulf was fantastic. It is a short walk to the Pier Park with all the restaurants and bars, no need to drive. We had a few questions about the TV, and the E. Coast office was able to help us and even sent someone over to show us. <br/>I would give it a 9 out of 10!! <br/>The only comment is that a 9 AM checkout time is simply too early. Particularly if you finished a 140 mile Ironman the night before. (Note: We did not ask in advance for an early checkout, and my feeling is that Emerald Coast would have been helpful, if we had. The parking is a bit cumbersome, but once you get the hang of it, its OK. <br/>If we come back for another Ironman, we will be staying at Calypso again. <br/>

Excellent condo! Plenty of space and my family of 4 loved it. It has a simple décor and not over done with crazy &quot;beach&quot; colors and decorations. Despite not being &quot;beach front&quot; the view is spectacular! The kitchen is beautiful with great appliances. The master bed has a memory foam mattress which was not good for me, but that&#039;s my personal need, but I still slept well. For the down days and evening the condo has great LG TV&#039;s (although BR3 doesn&#039;t have a TV). Confused on why the Master BR did not have the AT&amp;amp;T U-verse service like the Living room and BR2, but fortunately Stacy was left logged in to YouTube TV so we still got to see the local news &amp;amp; weather (Stacy&#039;s mom isn&#039;t the only one who&#039;s got it going on!). Great location near plenty of activities, food, and of course Pier Park. The only things with the condo itself which I would like to see changes or voice a concern is the master shower and the a/c unit. The shower is a great walk-in, but has no shelving at all. All of your soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash has to be left on the floor. Not enjoyable. The a/c unit is more a warning to ECDI or the owner. Change the air filter. It&#039;s caked in a half to 3/4 of an inch of dust. I&#039;m guessing the the reason it looks like it has never been changed is because the installation was done poorly because the filter is blocked by a pipe heavily wrapped with tape on the front of the unit and the wall on the back side. But if that doesn&#039;t get changed, the unit will choke off and not run or it&#039;ll just die an extremely early death. Just FYI. Overall, a great stay and I&#039;m ready to return to PCB ASAP! A stay in 3-1507 will leave you rested, refreshed, and relaxed. Definite recommendation as ECDI was great to work with and any time I had a question they were SUPER with their response time and level of service. Wish we could have stayed longer!
