We got to our condo around 8:00pm, we were able to enter the parking deck with no issues, unload, and access our room with no problems. Easiest check in I have ever experienced. Condo was spotless and smelled great upon entry. Arm bands were on the counter as stated and start up toilet paper, laundry pads, dishwasher pods and trash bags were already there which was great! Beds were comfy and the unit was so roomy. My favorite part of the condo was the patio. Goodness, it was huge! I loved the round table and that it sat over the gorgeous pool. It's also amazing to see the beach in the horizon. I am renting again for my 45th birthday in October. This condo was amazing! If I had to report anything negative, I would say it needed more pillows/blankets, just because I am spoiled and love lots of pillows and blankets. But we ended up buying an extra one or two, so it worked out perfectly.

Good Morning,<br/>We really enjoyed our experience at this rental. We would book again.<br/>Well maintained. However, had a little troubleshooting issue with tv finding local news and live tv. Suggest you all add a swifter to housekeeping supplies. We could quick dust mop the floors also a new broom.<br/><br/>

We stayed at The Calypso and it was perfect for us. My husband had plenty of space to work and our afternoons we spent walking everywhere.

Overall good family spring break experience. Condo is modern and nicely decorated. The pool area was beautiful and very clean. The staff at Emerald Hub was amazing and the food was great. We especially enjoyed the donuts and ice cream. Location was awesome, easy walk to Pier Park and the skywalk to the ocean side was great. <br/>The condo was a little under supplied with normal kitchen stuff compared to other places we stayed, but had all major needs covered. We also weren't able to get in at 4:00 like specified, as the cleaning crew wasn't finished. They also did not do a very good job cleaning. Floors were sandy and clearly not mopped and EVERY surface was sticky and needed to be wiped down. Looked like they changed bedding and linens and left. The individual cleaning did apologize for running late and explained they had some personnel issues.

We have a tall camper van and we were worried about parking availability. Turns out they have a large number of outdoor spaces for oversized vehicles. The unit was amazing - loved the decor and spacious rooms. Having a washer / dryer was nice too

This unit was very nice and clean! Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with utensils for cooking if needed. The pool was gorgeous as your balcony overlooked it with a scenic view of the ocean. Elevators was clean and not crowded and parking garage was very efficient.

- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
