This condo was perfect for our large family vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The 2 King Size beds the Set of Full Size Bunk Beds with a twin pull out and Queen Sofa Sleeper were all very comfortable. We loved the 2 Sets of Free Beach Chairs and beach service that saved us about $750 because we always rent them when we come to PCB. We recommend this condo and ECDI the property manager was very responsive to our emails and we will be back!

Location is great--loved being on the 15th floor! Good size balcony but could use another side table when there's 4 or more people staying. Living room furniture seemed newer and was very comfortable. Kitchen has most items necessary for a stay. Had contacted the rental prior about a Keurig and was told the property did not have one. Upon arrival there was a Keurig! Beds are comfortable (although they do squeak when getting in and out). 2nd bathroom needs the toilet and sink fixed--toilet is loose from the base on the floor so rocks back and forth, sink faucet sprays rather than streams. Entire condo good use a good deep clean. Overall a good experience and a fun place to visit!

The Condo was large and had a great view. It was very outdated and the beds were horrible. The box spring for the beds were ungodly loud. You could not make any movement on them with out waking up the other person. Location was good.

Unit was clean and consistent with advertisement, although there were areas where the walls definitely had smudge marks and needed wiped down. It was close to dining and shopping at Pier Park, which we enjoyed and use of the pools and lounge chairs was really nice. I did not like that additional TP or garbage bags were not provided. Beds were squeaky but not uncomfortable. It was easy to navigate the building, elevators were easily accessible, and the general area felt safe which are all positives.

First time staying at Calypso and using ECDI. Was worried about the reviews but everything was great. No problems. The condo was ready and clean when we arrived. Parking passes worked fine. Yes as with many condos things could be updated but I am not there to stay in condo. I’m there to enjoy PCB.

Calypso is located on the west end of the beach adjacent to Panama City Beach Fishing Pier and the Pier Park shopping & entertainment center, with a 24 Cinema movie complex, small specialty shops such as Ron Jon Surf Shop, Borders Book Store and large department stores such as Target, JC Penny, Dillards, Old Navy and Wal-Mart. Pier Park’s entertainment and restaurants options include Tootsie's Famous Orchid Lounge, Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave & Buster's, The Back Porch Seafood House, among many other shops and restaurants. It is only a few miles to outlet shopping in Destin and Seaside.
9 foot ceiling throughout, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, all major and small appliances, and full size washer and dryer a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
This Ocean Front Condo is approximately 1300 sq.ft. of living space. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets off the large balcony. The living room and master bedroom overlook the Ocean and have private access.
