Our stay at Broadwalk was perfect!! The condo was great, had everything we needed. It was clean, comfy beds and the view was amazing. The staff at Broadwalk was so nice and welcoming. <br/>We recommend checking out Angry Tuna at Pier Park. The food was delicious!! Also check out American Charlie&#x2019;s, everything from there was great!! Get snacks and drinks from the Broadwalk restaurant. We loved being able to grab drinks and hang by the pool. <br/>We will definitely be back!

The bad thing was there was not great communication with payment. We paid and thought we were paying for the whole thing but it only paid for part and thought the other part would come out automatically but it did not and it did not say anywhere about a fee for using a card. We ended up sending a check to avoid the fee but that would have been nice to know. Overall it was a good stay with incredible views! The condo was pretty clean other than the bedspreads. We had to wash them while we were there. I understand they don&#x2019;t get washed every time but they had stains. The AC didn&#x2019;t work well in the smaller rooms at night is when we motor fed because that is when we were in there. The fridge didn&#x2019;t get very cold. Would recommend leaving a vacuum for guest to use to clean up sand. The water hose to wash the sand off your feet coming back from the ocean stopped working for 2 days so we brought sand in the room and only had a broom. We had a great vacation. I would probably stay in this condo again.

Had another great trip while staying at the Boardwalk. first time using this particular unit. Loved the view from the 20th floor. Had plenty of space to spread out and the unit was adequately stocked with plates, glasses etc. Even had a crockpot which came in handy. <br/><br/>only had 2 small critiques. One, the master bedroom was noticeably warmer than any other room. we couldn't find any vents in the room so that explains it. the rest of the unit was fine. They did include several box fans in the unit so we utilized one in the bedroom to keep it cool as we like to sleep with it colder. The only other issue was the comforter for the master was a heavy comforter. Again, this is a personal preference, but not something that changed how we felt about the unit. we just pulled the comforter off and slept with the sheet. But with being at the Beach, a lighter comforter would be preferred.<br/><br/>would definitely stay in this unit again.

The location and views were AMAZING!! The checkin process was a breeze along with amenities listed. It was nice to have a little boardwalk restaurant and market right downstairs along with a Walmart 5 minutes down the road! There were a few things that made this review go to a 4 star instead of 5. Be ready to use the multiple floor fans to stay decently cool as the thermostat did not drop past 73 degrees the whole week we were there (Sept 9-16). The decor could use a little bit of an upgrade and some minor things could be fixed (lightbulbs changed, a bigger kitchen trashcan, etc). Also, the cleaning staff may need to have someone come behind them and check on their cleaning (urine in the toilet, cooked food debris in the proofing drawer of the oven..)<br/><br/>Overall, a very wonderful and relaxing stay!!

A wonderful experience for our family vacation. Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Arrived to a spotless unit. Plenty of linens. Plenty of space. We only had 1 issue to deal with - broken AC-about 1/2 way through the week. The rental company responded quickly and it was resolved without delay. (Temps near 100 all week/frozen unit). <br/><br/>I highly recommend Emerald Coast and this unit. (Also amazing view)

My family has been coming to this resort for over years and this year has been the best!!! The only complaint is the dumb jacuzzi drink rule for mature adults.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony and cable tv. Very few other condos have floor to ceiling windows like these. The view is spectacular. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunkbed. The living room has balcony ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a washer and dryer in unit.

Snowbirds Special Rates Jan & Feb Available at Boardwalk one of the best Snowbird locations on the beach. Lots of planned activities and close to the Super Walmart.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any condo complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children's play area.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
