We had a great experience! Room was beautiful. We got there at 3:50 and went to see if the room was ready since checkin was at 4. Housekeeping came in while we were looking at the room and started cleaning. We left the room to get our stuff (like the cleaning lady said, she said she just had to set stuff out). But we had to wait until after 4:30 for cleaning to be finished because they had to mop and everything. That was a weird experience. I’m glad it was clean, but it was a weird interaction. The remotes for the tv didn’t work, but we had devices so I never complained about it. The sliding door to the balcony is VERY heavy. I thought that was great as a mom of littles because then the kids can’t open the door themselves. A higher latch on the door to leave would have been for my toddler. He could open the door very easily, so we had to put a baby gate up to go to sleep at night and not worry about him opening the door. The resort was beautiful, and the staff was incredible!

The property management sent a maintenance man to fix the broken king size bed after a night of sleeping on it broken, and the washing machine that was broken 3 days after arriving. He showed up while the kids were in the unit alone. It was a really nice view and close to everything. I appreciated the lounge chairs for laying out at the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed when most rentals do not.

Loved this room. This is our 7th stay at BB, all the rooms are great. This one was, as well. We were there almost 2 weeks, with no issues. My only 2 suggestions would a larger TV in the living room. It's football season, and the TV's were a little small for my taste. And, the cookware was no great, as is the case in every unity we've stayed at, and we expect that with so many people using it. Anyway, loved the room and the price!

We have stayed at Boardwalk before in another unit and love the location. This particular room could have been a little cleaner. When we walked in, our feet were black after about 20 steps with bare feet but that didn’t spoil our time. Room is close to the elevator and the trash chute which is nice! Love the spaciousness of these condos and will stay at Boardwalk in the future. Overall satisfied with the stay!

Great location. Emerald Coast Destinations was very responsive for some minor maintenance items. The only drawback was some other units did not observe the no smoking policy. This is something beyond ECDI and the Condo owners control. By the time security identified the unit that was smoking they were leaving.

Overall experience was amazing. The views were fantastic, staff was friendly, condo was clean and supplied with all necessities. There were not any steak knives and only one small skillet but we made it work. The check in/out process was very convenient. My only complaint would be a trip hazard above the pool deck. My father and several other visitors tripped, causing my father a busted knee. :( I will definitely be back for future stays though!

I loved the great location of this rental and the convenience of have restaurants so close. Security is present around the pool and entrance and i liked that as well. The room itself is great, i was just flustered that housekeeping didn’t leave any complimentary dish pods. Other than that great stay would go again.

Very nice location and the complex was one of the best I have stayed at with the pool deck, tiki bar, number of elevators and parking. The condo was very spacious and clean and the views were exceptional. The quality of some of the furnishings and cabinetry was poor. The cabinets were in poor shape with laminate pealing off in many places throughout with clear tape holding them on. I don’t know how many times the laminate went under our fingernails. In the bathrooms there was a lot of trim work that was water damaged etc. The kitchen furnishings in regards to cups, silverware and cooking utensils was less than satisfactory. The couch and chairs were dirty and need cleaned.I consider these issues concerning considering price for a week stay, especially when not Pandemic pricing. With all that said, it was an enjoyable stay and the complex and location on beach was great.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children play area.

The Boardwalk has a full service Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony. It has a large flat screen TV with cable TV.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and flatscreen TV.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunkbed.

The living room has an ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch. It has a flat screen TV as well.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
