Good Value.<br/>Furniture is well used but adequate.<br/>The kitchen sink and the bathroom needed to be plunged and were very slow. ( by the double beds)<br/>My Daughter-in-law cut her foot on a piece of glass in the pool and no one ever came to check on her after we left the pool area.<br/>

This place was great. Location is awesome. This unit is directly on the beach with an excellent pool. This place is called Boardwalk Resort and they have a bar and grill as well as a store with hot food directly in the building. Parking is great and security is very tight which made our family and vehicle feel safe. Would stay here again! Location is on the end of the strip so very quiet and family friendly.

This was my second spring break trip to PCB and the 2nd time staying at the Boardwalk. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We took advantage of the pool, hot tubs, tiki bar and the amazing beach! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It isn't the as updated as some other places I have stayed at, but could tell they were making improvements. We spent the majority of our time on the beach or on the amazing balcony. You can't beat the views!

Boardwalk Condos are the best. Views from balcony are great. 710 had everything you would need for a weeks stay. Only issue was the firm, uncomfortable mattresses. A good mattress topper would make all the difference.

My wife and I loved the condo. Also, ECDI was terrific to work with. Great communication. The condo was huge and very nice. Pool was amazing. Excellent parking. The security was very nice. The little bar by the pool and the market corner were quite convenient. The lobby always smelled fantastic and was so clean. Location is great and close to everything.

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom houses two double beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.
