This was a vacation with 4 adults. The condo was really nice and well decorated. It had a wonderful view of pool and the ocean on the private balcony! The master suite was great! It is huge! The mattress was a bit firm though. Kitchen had what we needed. Ice maker only made a little bit of ice. It's on the 4th floor and the elevator rides were not bad. Living room balcony door handle was broken but still worked. Few cosmetic things. Overall it was wonderful, comfortable and would stay again!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was very well equipped and a lovely view with great location. Easy access and great communication with quick responses. However, the resort itself had some issues. We came with 3 of my grandchildren age 9, 11 & 13. They constantly quizzed them about their wristbands” which they kept on their wrists at all times. They hardly quizzed anyone else there that we saw. My daughter was right there with them. They told the kids to get out of the pool and stand there for 10 minutes each hour. I thought this was odd. The kids can never just jump in the pool from the side... they must “walk” in and this is very strictly enforced. Many, many rules and regulations if you bring children so be aware.

Our original selection became unavailable a week before our arrival. The property management company offered this unit as an alternative. The parking and elevators were excellent. The location worked well for our purposes. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. This is posted as a three bedroom however the room with bunk beds did not work for our teenage travelers. Leaving the sofa in the living room the only option. The mattresses were not comfortable for us. It is fair to say this unit was smaller than our original choice which affects this rating as does having having our first choice pulled at the last minute.

We have been vacationing for the past 30 years and this was our first time staying at Boardwalk. Room was very clean, great location overlooking the pool and we loved the beach vibe decor. Room was very well kept with nice furniture. Most definitely will book again through ECD. The only negative thing about the resort is the left side of the pool being closed in the mornings until 9:00 a.m. makes it hard when you are caring lots of things down to the beach.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.
